Our highly skilled, knowledgeable and motivated clinical and support teams take pride in ensuring our patients are fully informed and reassured with all aspects of their treatment and care. We readily identify with the need for transparency in costs, enabling patients to make fully informed choices for their care and treatment.
The front desk is a highly trained team in customer care and every patient is given a personalized welcome pack explaining proposed treatment, their consultation visit and details of the clinician for that appointment. Post patient consultation we also provide tailored, comprehensive, individual treatment brochures, explaining clinical procedures.
As part of the key functional skills of our front of house team we ensure patients are reminded of their pre-booked appointments, we take the time to contact patients post surgical procedure to ensure their recovery is as we would like. In addition, for patients who have undergone surgical procedures we are able to offer complimentary transportation home and we willingly give them access to the individual clinician’s personal mobile numbers, with the re-assurance that they can call at any time.
The practice is able and willing to facilitate the time a patient needs to fully comprehend the proposed treatment/s, and often ‘goes the extra mile’ to fit with even the most hectic of patient schedules.
At our practice we have invested the time it takes to create a modern, comfortable and relaxed environment where patients can take advantage of having a coffees and catch up with the latest news and gossip from a selection of daily newspapers, current magazines and Sky News.Reflected in our patient care is our team’s professional, happy, skilled and motivated environment which we are all proud to be part of.
